超載時(shí)，主軸向下的黎明增大，迫使柱塞下的液壓油進(jìn)入液壓傳動(dòng)系統中的蓄能器，使破碎錐隨之下降以增大排料口，排出隨物料進(jìn)入破碎腔的非破碎物鐵器、木塊等以實(shí)現保險。國產(chǎn)機器行業(yè)主要集中在低端市場(chǎng)，雖然我國企業(yè)逐漸往中端市場(chǎng)靠攏，但中端市場(chǎng)仍然以臺灣、韓國制造為主。長(cháng)遠來(lái)看，中端市場(chǎng)是我國企業(yè)未來(lái)必須黎明的方向，在中端市場(chǎng)獲得一席之地并穩定擴大市場(chǎng)份額對于我國金屬破碎機制造業(yè)的發(fā)展至關(guān)重要。
